What is an Anal Douche?

Anal douches are tools that use water to clear out any remnants from the rectum. While you don’t always need to douche or anal sex, it can make you feel more confident knowing you’re all clean down there, which will give you one less thing to worry about when you’re getting it on.

How to use an Anal Douche

Fill the douche with warm water or saline if you’re a frequent user, lube both your anus and the douche nozzle and carefully insert the nozzle into your anus. We recommend doing this in the shower or bath! Squeeze the douche a few times. Give the douche bag a slow squeeze and gently remove it. Hold the water inside your body for five seconds before going to the toilet and releasing it.

Repeat this until the water comes out clear. Realistically if you’re douching more than 3 times in a session, you may need to reconsider anal for the day. Once you’re done, rinse thoroughly with warm water to make sure you and all your toys are clean – and maybe have a warm shower. You’ve earned it.
