The Adam & Eve Loyalty Program is an extra way to say thank you for shopping with us by letting you easily save money on your next purchase.
Our members earn 5% of the purchase price of all products bought at AdamEve.com.au as Reward Dollars.
It's simple! Every time you purchase, you will earn Reward Dollars as indicated on each product page. To earn, sign up for an account, and log in, your Reward Dollars will be added automatically.
If you made a purchase as a guest, you can activate your account from your order confirmation email and still get your Reward Dollars once your order is shipped.

How do I spend my Reward Dollars?
You'll see your Reward Dollars ready for use in the shopping cart when you're logged in to your account. To use them, select click to use next to your balance to apply the savings to your order.
How do I view my Reward Dollar balance?
Your Reward Dollar balance and usage activity can be viewed on your Account. Your current balance will also be visible to you as a subscriber on all email communications.
Do Reward Dollars expire?
Reward Dollars expire 12 months after the date you acquired them.
Do I receive Reward Dollars on returned products?
No. You may see your Reward Dollar balance change due to returned items.
Do I receive Reward Dollars for shipping costs?
Reward Dollars are not earned on shipping costs.

Adam & Eve Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Effective as at 1 October 2023.
Below are the legal terms and conditions that apply to the Adam & Eve Loyalty Program. Please read them carefully as they contain important information and may be changed at any time.
Definitions
“Benefits” means rewards or other benefits given to members as a result of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.
“Effective date” is 1 October 2023.
“Final purchase price” means the grand total of an order after any discounts applied and any redeemed Reward Dollars.
“Adam & Eve Loyalty Program” / “Loyalty Program” means the Loyalty Program operated by PHE International Pty Ltd providing members with access to benefits in accordance with these terms and conditions.
“Join date” means the date a member activated their My Account.
“Member” means individuals who sign up to the Adam & Eve Loyalty Program Program.
“Member email” means emails that are sent from Adam & Eve or PHE International to a member including emails about the individual’s membership, the Loyalty Program, special offers, discounts, competitions and events.
“Reward Dollars” means reward given to members that can be redeemed as a discount on purchases made on our website.
“Member Status” refers to the benefits tier the member is currently allocated to.
“My Account” means the online account Members create and access on our website to make purchases and redeem benefits.
“PHE International Pty Ltd” / “PHE International” refers to the owner and operator of Adam & Eve.
“Website” refers to www.adameve.com.au
1.0 General
1.1 The Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions document the operation of the Adam & Eve Loyalty Program, and any promotional activity and member transactions that arise as a result of the Adam & Eve Loyalty Program (referenced hereon as “Loyalty Program”).
1.2 Individuals who join the Loyalty Program agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.3 The Loyalty Program terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by PHE International in its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Loyalty Program terms and conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
1.4 PHE International will not accept any liability for any member email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
1.5 PHE International may collect personal information from Members for the purpose of facilitating the Loyalty Program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with PHE International’s Privacy Policy.
1.6 PHE International reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Loyalty Program or any aspect of it, at any time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, PHE International reserve the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty or Loyalty Program owned, operated, managed or administered by PHE International.
1.7 PHE International will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of rewards and benefits.
1.8 These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with benefits, including without limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant PHE International policies and or terms and conditions.
1.9 PHE International’s decision on all matters arising in relation to the Loyalty Program is final and binding.
1.10 Any failure or delay by PHE International in exercising its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by PHE International must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of PHE International.
1.11 Nothing in these Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
2.0 Membership
2.1 Membership of the Loyalty Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older with a unique email address.
2.2 An individual becomes a Member as at the account activation date.
2.3 An individual is deemed to be a Member when they sign up online and activate their My Account.
2.4 An individual may update their details at any time by visiting the website and logging into My Account. It is the Member’s responsibility to update their details including their email, surname, birthday and phone number. If a Member has not provided the correct details, PHE International may not be able to contact the Member about their membership, benefits, special offers or entry to competitions.
2.5 Any Member with an existing Reward Dollars balance prior to the effective date, will retain that balance for the duration of twelve (12) months from the date of acquisition.
2.6 At any time, Members may only have one account registered to the Loyalty Program.
2.7 Members may not transfer their account or benefits to another person or account.
2.8 PHE International reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account to the Loyalty Program without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.
2.9 By joining the Loyalty Program, an individual consents to receive member emails from PHE International and associated websites.
2.10 To receive exclusive offers and discounts, that may become available from time to time, the Member must be subscribed to receive marketing emails from the website.
2.11 Benefits can only be redeemed on www.adameve.com.au
2.12 To redeem any applicable benefits when purchasing, Member’s must ensure they are logged into a valid My Account.
3.0 Reward Dollars
3.1 Reward Dollars earned on the basis of a purchase made on our website is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price, excluding shipping, in accordance with the member status at the time the order is placed.
3.2 Reward Dollars earned on the basis of a purchase made on our website will be issued to the Member when the order is dispatched.
3.3 At its sole discretion, PHE International may update a Member account with Reward Dollars as a result of a purchasing behaviour, Loyalty Program benefits, incentive and/or promotional activities.
3.4 PHE International reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Reward Dollars without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in its absolute discretion including without limitation Reward Dollars awarded in error or Reward Dollars earned fraudulently.
3.5 Reward Dollars cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, promo codes, cheques and store credits. Reward Dollars do not represent legal tender in any country.
3.6 Reward Dollars cannot be earned using other Reward Dollars as part of the transaction.
3.7 The currency in which Reward Dollars are issued is $AUD.
3.8 If a Membership is terminated from the Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
3.9 When a Member returns a purchase for a refund, any Member Reward that was previously awarded may be adjusted or reversed.
3.10 Members can view their Reward Dollars at any time by logging into their My Account on the website.
3.11 Reward Dollars are not awarded for cancelled, declined or fraudulent transactions.
3.12 Reward Dollars expire twelve (12) months from the date of acquisition.
